KSM Operatives
All Kite Security Management operatives are highly motivated, professional people with a wealth of experience and knowledge of the security industry. These attributes are essential to enable us to provide our customers with the highest quality of service.
Applicants are subjected to rigorous pre-employment screening and vetting. Our procedures fully comply with the requirements of the Inspectorate of Security Industry ISO 9002 and conform to BS7858 and BS7499.
Our operatives are the 'front line' of Kite Security Management. Their appearance and performance must reflect the high standards demanded by the company and it's customers.
Training is ongoing with the security industry becoming more technologically advanced and more importantly with an increased focus on Health & Safety in the workplace.
Personal development is encouraged within Kite Security Management. All officers are given the opportunity to attend courses in first aid, fire prevention and the use of basic firefighting equipment. The company also sponsors those officers wishing to take the City & Guilds Professional Guard Parts 1 & 2 examinations.
