Timeshare Risk & Security Professional TRASP
Most big companies have a dedicated Security Manager, however, the Security Managers are usually overworked with no or very little time to spend on projects and strategic thinking
External risk & security consultants are used when a problem has become large enough to merit their use.
However, this requires extensive time in briefing due to their lack of knowledge of the organisations business processes and its structure. It also means that risk & security issues are dealt with on a snapshot in time basis.
Greymans Timeshare Risk & Security Professionals are a part of an experienced risk & security team supported by the depth of resources that exists within Greymans and will work with the Security Manager as a part of his/her team as and when needed.
This ensures that the risk & security professional supplied to the client has a comprehensive and substantial experienced and resource network from which the Security Manager can draw to provide the highest level of cost effective service and support.
Quality of Personnel
The quality of personnel whom Greymans provide for the role are widely experienced security professionals who have extensive experience both from the corporate environment and consultancy.
They have a good understanding of current legal issues, corporate governance, employee rights, employment law, security systems, investigations, etc.
Provision of Service
This commences with an induction period to meet the Security manager and his/her team. It enables the risk & security professional to understand the business processes and key areas where the support is needed.
From this induction will flow the identification of key areas. The Risk Manager will then enable these areas of risk and security concern to be prioritised for immediate action and handed over to the Timeshare Risk and Security Professional.
