NATIONAL CARGO SECURITY COUNCIL SIGNS 1,000th MEMBER

Membership Roll Soars Since 9/11. ANNAPOLIS, MD--April 22, 2004--In February 1999, the 35-year-old National Cargo Security Council (NCSC) had 135 members. Today, it registered its 1,000th member, an increase of 740 percent.
