LBA International manufacture the complete range of personal ballistic body armour covering both overt and covert requirements which are suitable for use by Police, Military and security personnel in their operational duties. Anti stab inserts are also available for all our body armour styles. Protection levels are up to NIJ IIIA for soft armour and 40 Joules for anti stab inserts. Hard armour plates are also manufactured by LBA and include our unique Tetramid® NIJ combined level 3-4 plate that exceeds the NIJ requirement, yet weighs only 2.8 Kg.

LIFE JACKETS
LIFE JACKETS

LBA International Ltd now manufacture a life jacket that incorporates ballistic protection up to Level 111A with the option to include Hard Amour plates to protect against high velocity munitions. The Life Jacket can automatically inflate once in water and is suitable for use by all water borne security personnel. The Marine vest can also be supplied without the life jacket enhancement but will still contain floatation materials providing the wearer with buoyancy to EN 393 requirements.

VISORS
VISORS

LBA International manufacturer a range of visors which are all compatible with our helmets. Protection levels range from basic anti Riot up to ballistic NIJ level 111A. Visors are all ratchet operated and can be removed from the helmet when not required. Visors can also be retro fitted to helmets already supplied.

DE-MINING SUITS
DE-MINING AND SEARCH SUITS

LBA International produces a lightweight de-mining suite that offers full frontal protection from the effects of blast and shrapnel. The suit is designed in sections to allow the operator full movement to carry out his task. The vulnerable parts of the body having the highest protection level of v50 at 600m /sec. Face protection can be through the LBA headband visor or the full de-mining helmet with visor.

BALLISTIC SHIELDS
BALLISTIC SHIELDS

LBA International produce two styles of ballistic shield, curved and flat. Shields are designed to protect the user from low velocity weapons up to NIJ level 111A. Higher protection levels are manufactured to special order. Three standard curved sizes are produced small at 660mm Medium at 1000mm and Large at 1300mm all of width 565 mm. The flat shield range provides for additional area of protection with the Siege shield being 1830mm in length. Medium and large shields have ballistic viewing ports. All shields are fitted with carry handles

BALLISTIC HELMETS
BALLISTIC HELMETS

The LBA International range of helmets includes some 8 different styles ranging from the popular PASGT to the new Military Advanced Combat Helmet(MACH) styles which are based on the cut down PASGT. The lightest, the MACH 3 being only 1 Kg for the medium size which is made from our Tetramid® super lightweight material. Helmets are available in protection levels NIJ 1 up to 111A. The styles PASGT, PAS-TAC, MACH and Combat are available with bolt-free options and in Supper lightweight materials reducing the weight by about 30%. Different harness options are available and standard ancillary items of covers and carry bags.
