Institute for Communications Arbitration & Forensics
ICAF has been created by the Communications Management Association (CMA). Its role is to support organisations across the UK private and public sectors, acting as a dedicated focal point for best practice in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) security, as a facilitator of progress in the prevention and detection of cyber-crime, and as an independent force for dispute resolution.
ICAF core activities include operation of Professional Membership and Professional Education Schemes, maintenance of Professional Registers, access to approved training and consultancy resources, and support for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) by means of Mediation, Conciliation & Negotiation, and Arbitration
