DX-TL950E – Digital Recording with an Integrated Multiplexor.

Ratingen. Mitsubishi Electric has recently expanded its product line-up in the area of digital video recorders (DVR) with a new high performance model.

The DX-TL950E DVR will be launched on the German market at the end of April and includes the DX-PC25 software. With the DX-TL950E Mitsubishi Electric has achieved state of the art technology in extremely compact dimensions (W x H x T: 300 x 88 x 350 mm).

Up to 9 cameras can be connected to the maintenance free DX-TL950E and each of these can be individually adjusted. 5 selectable picture grades and 10 different recording speeds allow for individual, tailor-made settings. A maximum of 50 frames per second can be recorded and the 250 GB memory capacity can also be easily doubled to 500 GB, if required. A slot for the export of data is also included, for back-ups on compact flash card for example.

A further product highlight is the advanced network capacity of the DX-TL950E. Thanks to the integrated LAN Ethernet connection and the DX-PC25 software, monitoring and control of the recorder is very comfortably managed using your PC. The ability to download recorded pictures rounds up the DX-TL950E ‘s network talents.

By inputting different passwords multiple users can simultaneously call up and view live or recorded pictures over a standard Internet browser, The software included in the package, also enables full and split screen views. In addition a new feature has been added, sending alarm notifications and pictures immediately via email to up to 5 recipients.

The ability to record on different partitions (alarm partition recording/mirror recording) has reduced the risk of accidentally deleting data. The mirror recording meanwhile makes a direct copy of the data, insuring against the possibility of a hard drive crash.
