Cargo Security Management course set for March 15-18, 2004
ANNAPOLIS, MD -- January 27, 2004 -- Cargo Security Management, a semi-annual, four-day course that covers every aspect of cargo security for all modes of transportation, is scheduled for March 15 - 18, 2004.
The course, a cooperative effort of the National Cargo Security Council (NCSC) and the Global Maritime and Transportation School (GMATS), is designed for cargo transportation and security professionals responsible for shipping, delivering and receiving goods, as well as government and law-enforcement officials involved in transportation security.
Cargo Security Management is held at the Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, New York, utilizing the Academys state-of-the-art multi-media instructional facilities. A full-day tour of four cargo facilities includes JFK International Airport Freight Facilities.
