Founded in 1932 as an aeronautical technical school for boys, Lewis has grown into a dynamic, comprehensive university that features aviation as a hallmark program. Lewis University has groomed thousands of students for success in the field. Students come to Lewis from across the United States and abroad to study in modern aviation facilities. Approximately 400 students currently are enrolled in Lewis Aviation programs.
